Miltos did a great job solving my plumbing issue. After listening to me explain the problem, he told me what he planned to do to resolve my slow flow kitchen faucet. There were a number of options to work through. He determined that the faucet and the steel pipes were the cause. After explaining the solution and the related cost, he proceeded to do the job efficiently. After a walk through upon completion, I am glad Miltos solved my problem.
Had a pipe cracked in a shared wall of our condo. Miltos went above and beyond to coordinate the repairs since he needed access to our unit and the one above. He wound up coming in a day off to complete the repairs for us before we left for vacation. How do you even explain that type of service besides exceptional?! Our family will be lifelong customers!! Honest and reliable company!! Thank you!!
Prompt and thorough communication from staff on schedule and expectations, and Tyler was very helpful and detailed with our toilet installation. Will definitely use Optimal again!

Optimal plumber Miltos assessed the current condition of our sump pump, presented various options for repair/upgrade, then installed everything professionally and in short order. Added battery back-up to our sump in the event of power outages as requested in addition to the repair work. Would recommend based on our experience.

Miltos from Optimal Plumbing came out to replace the under-sink heater at my Milwaukee condo. He was friendly, professional, and he took the time to walk me through what was wrong and what he was doing about it. Nothing felt pushed. He fixed the problem, quoted a price that seemed fair for the work, and left me with the sense that I knew exactly what I was paying for. That kind of straightforwardness is rare, and I’d call him again.

Great experience from the first call through the installation and repairs. Allison in the office punctual, friendly and accurate with the information I requested. The guys who did the repair were on time, professional and even requested a vacuum to clean up the area when the repairs were complete.
