Very professional and courteous experience from Optimus Home Repair. Great craftsmanship and timely service with the list of repairs and improvements needed to be done around the house.
We’ve been using Ty for a whole variety of stuff for a year or so now and I could not recommend him highly enough. Super nice guy and does great work, and gives you very fair prices as well. It I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!
I appreciate Brandon its been a pleasure to work for you and keep on doing work for you.. thanks.
If you’re looking for a skilled, experienced “Jack of all trades” professional, look no further and reach out to Ty!! Having recently moved to Winter Springs we had several projects needing to get done and our daughter recommended Ty from work he had completed for her. From fan installations, electrical connection repair, faucet replacement and roof repairs that we needed, we had him quote an outdoor patio trellis build and we couldn’t be happier with the results (see pics). His quote was competitive and honest, he established a schedule, communicated on a daily basis and stuck with it until completion in record time!! Needless to say; Ty exceeded our expectations, quickly gained our confidence/trust and impressed us with his “artistic attention to details”!! Thank you for a job well done…🙏🏻 R. Sowers

Ty changed faucets in our bathrooms and kitchen. My impression is that he takes pride in his work and is skilled at what he does. He is a professional and easy to communicate with. His estimate and price point were fair. We are looking forward to Ty working on some other projects in our home. We would recommend him to others. Thanks, Ty, for your work!
Thanks Thomas appreciate your feedback looking forward to to do any future work for you .. appreciate a lot 🙏 glad to have clients like you is a blessing..
Been waiting for an estimate for over a week did not answered text when he answered the phone twice he said he would send it next day and fail to do so then he proceeded to screen my calls. Update... Fist contact after phone calls and text non stop was today dec 1 with no estimate but 2 pics of a supposed email and a very unprofessional tone on the response. If such estimate exist please send a fwd with the estimate and a receipt to such email and I'll gladly change the review that an estimate was sent. I'll upload your response to avoid confusion.
Congratulations you are the firs bad review.. sorry you couldn't find it on your email but i did send it on November 20 th I can put a the scree. Shot would be public .. so you can see it and customers also . God bless you brother.. Sorry for everything you going tru .
Great home improvement company, I had an excellent experience with Fernando, he is a very honest, hardworking and fair person; He practices his Christian belief. He removed and installed my house front door….He did a perfect job. He is well skilled in the different home improvement fields. I highly recommend him for any home improvements needs.
Thanks Angel Alvarez appreciate your feedback God bless you as well!!
Hiring Ty was a great experience. He repaired my retaining wall that was damaged from erosion due to water run-off from the pool deck damaging a drain system. He straightened the wall, filled and compacted the earth around it, and repaired the drain system. He also repaired stucco for multiple columns, a crack in the Sheetrock seam over the lanai with new knockdown texture, fixed damaged gutters, replaced two exterior outlets, a door sweep and insulation, etc. At the end he also fixed an issue with my pool light wired wrong to the pool equipment breaker - for free. Communication was excellent, he is prompt, professional and sent pictures throughout the process to keep me informed. All for a reasonable price. Very satisfied and will work with him again!
I appreciate Kevin ..it was nice to do work for you thanks for your feedback I appreciate a lot . Am glad you are satisfied.
