Very disappointed with my experience today. I called the front desk beforehand because I wasn’t sure if I would make it on time, and I was told they would keep me on the schedule if I could make it. I ended up being about 15 minutes late, but I drove 20 minutes and rushed to get there. If I had been told that I…

They have way too aggressive of a sales tactic. Don't call me then immediately text me when I don't answer about signing up. Everyone was really nice and the workout wasn't boring so I had planned to sign up until the multiple successive attempts to contact me immediately after my trial

Such kind people, really solid mix of a strength and endurance workout, so much variety each class, and great coaches who will push you while also encouraging you the entire class!! Wish I would've started sooner!

Orange theory is the best workout I’ve ever had! I have been here about a year and I absolutely love it. Not only is it a great workout but it is great for your mental health as they promote pushing through finish lines and working out for nobody but yourself!

Heart-rate monitored workouts on the treadmill, rower, and floor/weights allow for the perfect workout for you. Just show up or go All Out! Coaches are awesome and always helping to improve form.

I ended up being about 15 minutes late, but I drove 20 minutes and rushed to get there. If I had been told that I wouldn’t be allowed into the class if I was late, I wouldn’t have made that effort. Thank you for the honest feedback, we're sorry our follow-up came across that way. Our intention is simply to answer any questions after an intro class and help if someone is interested in getting started. Looking at your account, it appears we made one follow-up phone call and sent one text after your trial workout. Even so, we understand that everyone has different preferences for communication, and we apologize if our outreach felt too pushy. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the workout and had a great experience with our team. We truly appreciate you giving us a try.

Just finishing my third full month as a PREMIER member of Orange Theory Fitness in East Lansing, Michigan and I can't say enough positive about it. I never saw myself as the fitness type, but joining this group has been fun and extremely rewarding. So fun, I have been going every day for more than 70 days and sometimes twice a day. I travel at my work and can use my membership at other Orange Theory Fitness locations near where I am working. This has really helped me stay on track with my fitness goals. Thank you to the entire staff at the Orange Theory Fitness location in East Lansing, Michigan, for helping me start this fitness journey. I could not have done it without all of you. Thanks again, Bob. 4/22/2026 update, continuing our Orangetheory journey while on vacation in Las Vegas and continuing to knock out brackets for our East Lansing Orangetheory Bracket Challenge 2026. We're coming for those last three stamps (DriTri, Earth Day Anything but a Bottle and no late cancels) when we get back and you can keep your Bye! Great fun, thanks Jon, for keeping it challenging and fun! Bob & Laura
