Orange Theory Fitness workouts are magical. Somehow, instead of remembering the pain of the growth, all I remember post-workout is the fun, and I can't wait to get back. There are a lot of people at all fitness levels working out in the classes that I attend.
I wrote a 5-star review under the prior owners, Miss Fit Adventures, but our studio has since changed hands. Under new management, 3G classes are no longer offered, which makes me sad.
I'm also frustrated that some prime time classes force us to choose either treadmill or weights, and only lasts 40 minutes. I avoid those as much as possible

Had my first class today and I was hooked immediately . Erika was my coach and she was great, she was encouraging, checked on me periodically through the class and let me know it’s okay to go slow. From someone who is very out of shape, it was great to feel the encouragement and the patience. Cant wait to continue and to get fit!

The absolute best gym. Worth every penny. You go in, the coach tells you what to do for an hour and you’re done. You don’t have to plan anything, nobody is standing around staring at you and no workout is ever the same. 2G classes are 25 min tread 25 min floor

**OrangeTheory Fitness in Richland, WA – A Game Changer!**
I can't say enough good things about OrangeTheory Fitness in Richland! I've been a member since March 2022, and in that time, I've completed 495 classes. Joining this gym has truly been a game changer for me. Since becoming a member, I've not only stayed consistent with my workouts, but I've also seen noticeable improvements in my fitness and overall well-being.
The coaches are absolutely amazing – they are incredibly motivating and supportive, always pushing you to do your best while making sure you're staying safe and doing the exercises correctly. Their energy is contagious, and they really create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
Not only have I felt better physically, but I’ve also gained a lot of motivation to keep going. The workouts are challenging and fun, and the structure of each session keeps me engaged. I’ve made new friends along the way, too, which has been an unexpected bonus. It’s a great community, and I always look forward to my next class.
If you’re looking for a place that will help you stay on track, get results, and feel supported, OrangeTheory in Richland is definitely the place to be!
