I just started my year long program with Organo-Lawn of Boulder. So far, it has been great! The office is very helpful & answers all my questions in a timely manner. The technicians have been on time and knowledgable. I am hoping for a healthier and greener lawn this year!!!

Mark came by yesterday to aerate and was super helpful and knowledge about our lawn.

We are off to a great start with Organo-Lawn. My husband spends hours upon hours weeding in our yard - crabgrass, dandelions, and bindweed. I contacted Organo-Lawn and asked about their treatments for grass and weeds. I set up the annual plan that will start in October and was surprised at the cost - I thought it would be much higher. Then they treated my yard for bindweed and crabgrass in the meantime. It's dying! Amazing. I don't know who my technician was the first time, but if Organo-Lawn knows, please give him my thanks for excellent service. And thank you to Randall who was here most recently. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Organo-Lawn for several years, and this season really showed the impact of healthy care of lawns. NO harsh chemicals. Despite minimal watering during the drought, our lawn held up well and is already recovering from the summer heat. The pre-emergent treatment and two aerations helped the soil make the most of the water it received. The technicians are always wonderful, Mark O. provided our final service today. We’re even seeing more bunnies enjoying the cool, green front yard!

Thanks to Organo Lawn we may halt the invasion of bindweed and crabgrass on our property. Thank you to Randall, the very knowledgeable and professionally certified applications tech who expertly applied the product called for. Randall confidently explained the process and how the product works and stayed a few minutes, knowledgeably answering a couple of lingering questions.

We have been using OrganoLawn for 11 years now, at two different properties, and have had consistently great results because we carefully follow their instructions. Just had a sprinkler audit and Frans did a great job with the audit and some minor sprinkler head repairs - who knew - those minor issues were causing problems. The handful of previously dead areas in our otherwise perfect lawn are already springing back to life. Organo Lawn is worth every penny and Frans is awesome. And sprinkler audit for the win.

First I am grateful my dog didn’t end up in the hospital like some of the reviewers here have had happen to them. Also echoing what I’ve read in other reviews. First few years went great with them and the last 2 seasons I’ve had them (took on off in between and not I remember why! Have been crap. Been with OL for 4 of the last 5 seasons I believe. Now I remember why I took a season off. Had/have the ultimate plan. August I reached out because it was ridiculous the amount of weeds I had considering monthly care. I choose to not do their upsale and go to the Flower Bin for help. $20 application that took me less than an hour. Yard looks significantly better. When I called to cancel the rest of the ultimate (I think one maybe two more applications) because I am not happy with the service for the cost. Instead of letting a unsatisfied costumer go they are going to charge me more for treatments that either weren’t done properly (had to come out twice for my sprinklers) and/or ineffective. I had dandelions, at bare minimum, their treatment should’ve taken care of those and they did not.

I’m not sure what Organo-Lawn is using to fertilize the attitude in their office, but whatever it is, it’s thriving: I've been a customer for 7 years and after multiple unpleasant interactions with the office staff - remarkably rude and dismissive during what should have been a very simple customer-service interaction. I’ve used the company because I liked the idea of a more thoughtful approach to lawn care, but apparently the “organic” philosophy does not extend to basic kindness. Mistakes happen. Miscommunications happen. What matters is how a company treats a customer when there’s a problem, and this interaction left me feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The lawn may be greener (actually tbh mine is not, it's brown but apparently always my fault despite subscribing to every service they offer), but the customer service definitely needs watering.

This place is amazing and Brad Wolfe is the only guy I have found that truly understands neucrotic ring spot and how to cure it. If you follow his program you can be certain of good results. I’ve talked to the experts and the universities, other experts and lawn care services and no one can give you the results that Organo can. However there is one requirement and that is to be patient and follow their program exactly as they tell you.
