Nice storage for a good price. Better prices than the chain locations. Staff is very personable.
We are overjoyed to hear you appreciate our competitive pricing and team. Thank you for choosing ABC Storage!
ABC happened to be the closest storage facility to our home, but we are so glad this is the case. We found reasonable rates easily online and reserved our unit. Then Karen called us and confirmed all the info, she was so nice and helpful making sure our gate code worked and we were happy with our unit. The whole property is clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone. UPDATE: got a rental unit for our antique auto about a year ago, got a special online rate of $130 a month. Shortly after ownership changed, we got about 4 rate increases in less than a year, along with incorrect email notices, one indicating our locker had been abandoned and they were going to seize it. This was sent in error but was still undue stress on us. Finally the rate was increased to like $220 a month. We contacted the office asking for a decrease. We were still a new customer, never missed a payment. They offered us $7 off a month, which is honestly a joke and worse than offering no credit at all. We ended our rental and moved out.

The facilities are clean and easy accessible. Jackie, the manager, was friendly and helpful. When I needed one additional day to move my items out of the unit, she granted an additional day without charging me for the next month. She was easy to contact and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Securing our storage unit was simple and fast.. a phone call, determining size of unit needed, a signed contract, renter's insurance and copy of driver's license. unit was clean. door and sliding latch for our lock was in great condition... Property access gate works on keypad entry. Jackie, the onsite property manager and billing admin, was friendly and helpful, suggesting a mattress cover to protect against dust and humidity that can't be completely prevented.
