Orkin
Orkin at a glance
Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness of on-site technicians who handle various pest issues with clear communication and knowledge. However, recurring complaints highlight significant difficulties with front-office administration, including scheduling errors, unreturned calls, contract disputes, and perceived high pricing. While field staff often receive positive feedback for their service, many reviewers express frustration with the company's ability to manage appointments and resolve billing or cancellation requests efficiently.
