He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. His customer service was truly outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. I really appreciate his patience and attention to detail. Never answers phone. Email said they would call to confirm appointment. I called 4 times. Was on hold for 10 minutes each time. Technician arrived without calling and I spoke through my camera, but he got in his car and left before he could have confirmed any details. Waste of time if your business gives bad information and refuses to speak at all.

It started off good. The girl tech made sure I didn’t have any bugs. I had a new tech come and said he got the webs down but I had like 4 spiders hanging out by my door and I just killed a black widow and her egg sack yesterday and he sprayed last week. I talked to the manager who said they would come re spray and they didn’t. Nor did anyone call. On top of that the constant billing issues drove me insane. My bank kept saying I had no declines from Orkin but Orkin kept saying I did. And their system doesn’t notify you until you’re 3 months behind according the the rep. That got frustrating. It wasn’t a bad service bc when I had the girl tech I never saw any bugs but the guy didn’t spray outside and the respray never happened… and the billing issues…. I just said I hv to find someone else.
