Continue to be charged for services that are never performed, management gives me the run around, have not heard back from anyone in months. Followed up. Incompetent leadership.

Started off great. My tech ended up getting changed. I went 4-5 months with no service so I called to see what was going on. Was told Greenville do t have a home office so Wylie is our home office. It took 3weeks for them to be contacted. Multiple efforts through myself and customer service. Finally customer service called another office and had the supervisor there drive to the Wylie office. The supervisor answered then. Gave me his personal number so if this happened again I could call. Well it happened again and I called both “personal” numbers and the office again. Called customer service again. Finally talked with the supervisor again and he literally told me “ you just live to far away none of my techs want to go that way” like what? Then what am I paying for? So I just canceled my service. Extremely unprofessional.

Do not recommend. They had someone come out and my mother witness the tech do ABSOLUTELY nothing, until he saw my mother was home he started to actually work. This was brought up to management and I told them Id like a refund for the service not performed and cancel all future services. They have the audacity to charge me again the following month, still with no refund, saying theres nothing that can be done I HAVE to pay. Absolute madness who knows how many services I paid for and had no actual work done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible. We called for treatment July 30, they sent someone out 10 days later. After two weeks since the treatment, tons of bugs? Scorpions, and they did not treat our mosquito infestation. Over 20 or so mosquitos a day in our guest bath and no treatment until after 2 more weeks when they sent an inspector after being called out one additional time. Both times they told us, “it takes time for it to take effect.” We told them it had been 3 weeks since treatment the additional call out time and we were ignore and told to wait two more weeks. Middle of September and after an attic inspection they told us we were going to have to pay for additional treatments totally over $300 for the attic, even though I was already charged for attic treatment and it was never done. We were charged for the attic treatment and it was never completed in August. We were told the tech that had to do it was a specialist and that they were the only ones who could go into the attic. We waited for the inspector, he came 10 days later. He never booked our additional mosquito treatment. I’m now over $500 in and have not had any mosquito treatment, proper investigation to find where they are coming from and all the regular bugs are still coming into the house. Orkin did not treat our home as their own as it says in their hold tone every time we called for help. After paying loads of money to get treatment I’m still sitting in my home with over 20 mosquito bites, my wife has them on her too, and my dogs growl and can’t sleep because they are all over our house, and now in the master bedroom. Absolutely dropped the ball here. This is being reported to BBB.

They came, sprayed, told us that children & pets could be home during the spray (if what they’re spraying is worth the cost, that’s bull. Safety should come before perceived convenience.) They returned for a complementary follow up and told us we need $15,000 in work - between the attic & sealing a few holes. Showed us no proof that the claimed infestation was as bad as they state. We are young first time home buyers but we didn’t get here being taken advantage of like some fools. Call up somewhere else & don’t get screwed.
