I have called my branch (the one I’m writing this review for) every single weekday, at all different hours of the day for the past 2 or 3 weeks, and haven’t once gotten an answer. Uhhhhhh guys, I think y’all need to change y’all’s business hours on google from “24/7” to “rarely open”. What’s going on here folks? Service during my 2 appointments was phenomenal, customer service on the other hand, absolutely horrendous.

The most unprofessional technicians on the planet. I made an appt, stressed it had to be to be done same day which the lovely man on the phone was happy to accommodate. They one available of the end of the day. The Technician shows up. Gets access, leaves without doing the service then refuses to an answer my calls or follow up. Leaving me with no options of any one else at 5PM on a Friday simply bc he was clearly ready to go home

The Orkin inspector was very responsive. Arrived within 24 hours to identify the pest and explain the process. The pesticide technician who came later to do the treatment was truculent, monosyllabic, rude, angry, and argumentative. I had to ask him to leave before doing the treatment! The district manager and the inspector were apologetic and made this right by sending a different personable technician to apply the treatment. I perceived a worrisome level of disorganization in this company, and I was horrified at the outrageous behavior of the first technician.
