Jair (Angel) arrived right on time on this HOT October day and got right to work conducting a scheduled inspection/ pest deterrent visit, cleaning spider webs on the eaves, checking and rebaiting rodent traps. We discussed our typical ant and pest issues and he checked and sprayed all around the perimeter. It's always good to see your regular technicians come and work!

Orkin is very responsive, and Paul is great! He analyzes the situation, checks for reasons why, and then comes up with a plan. I am regularly scheduled to keep the bugs under control and they are under much better control.

Update dealing with rats for 4 months they are destroying everything in my house and Orkin just sets out your trap and does courtesy inspections bit every time they leave something new is destroyed. I’m out a dryer a couch a stove and dishwasher so far. Thanks Orkin!!!
My service guy is awesome Paul he gets 5 stars stills the office terrible again thw jacked up my rates with no notice. I have called emailed two weeks no response!!!!! Be careful they change rates whenever they feel like so not let you know and best of all yoh can’t get ahold of anyone to assist you! Have to file fraud with my bank instead
Paul our service guy is amazing 5 starts for him that’s only reason for a 2 star. Orkin sucks they are inconsistent unresponsive and charge you whenever and whatever they feel like without prior communication. They are suppose to show up monthly for service and no one has been there for 3 month now I get stuck with 100 charge to my account for one visit!!!! Before I was paying 80 dollars and they were showing up once a month. No communication, when I reached out to the company, no response. They use to be amazing it’s a shame.

Orkin’s personnel are always right on time. They work efficiently and I love having the service. It makes a big difference on our patio and patio furniture, not to mention the out of reach high areas around the house eaves. Those pesky spiders want to nest everywhere and the mosquitos are horrible! I like the text notifications for planning purposes. Overall I receive great service. Wade does a great job! I am happy with the results and highly recommend Orkin.

I had Orkin for just about as long as I've owned my home (probably 20+ years). When i started it was good, but their service just kept getting worse and worse. They consistently changed technicians on me and whenever I got a new tech it was hit or miss.... mostly miss. Last go around when I asked the tech to make sure to check bait stations for rodents the tech told me it's not really the season for it. He clearly didn't want to do it. They weren't thorough about cleaning out webs and spiders and my deck was consistently webbed up. I think they have a lot of turnover. Noone seems to stay with it and the changes with who services your home are frustrating because it takes someone who knows the issues and areas to treat it right.
Orkin has been great to work with for our rental properties, which have termites. Pablo came out to inspect the property, and after putting on shoe covers, he checked the termite sighting area, and went into the attic. He was able to find the infested area with the sightings my tenants gave him, and went over my treatment plan options. The treatment was then scheduled for a few days later, and I had them treat the attic, and around each window and door. They drill 2 tiny holes on each side of each window and door to inject the area. They fill the holes when done, but you can see them and I will painting over them. I went with the 5 year warranty plan, due to the fact that termites continue to be an issue and this keeps the property treated and ends up being the best price in the long run.
