After shopping around to 5 furniture stores this was the best. Everyone was friendly and had the best price! I saw what I wanted left to shop around and ended up coming back because no one could beat their prices.

I really liked the product I purchased; however, the saleswoman’s attitude at the end of the purchase was rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I believe respect and kindness should be maintained throughout the entire shopping experience. I would especially like to thank the gentleman who kindly helped me carry the item to the door. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant shopping experience was overshadowed by poor customer service.

We bought a couch from Orlando Furniture Outlet with a promised delivery date. Seconds after we paid, they changed the delivery date to a week later than what we agreed on. From there, communication only got worse. We were told multiple times that someone would call us back with updates, and those callbacks almost never came. Every time we wanted information, we had to call them ourselves and chase down an answer. Customer service was extremely unresponsive throughout the entire process. In the end, the couch arrived two weeks late. If you're counting on a delivery date, I'd think twice before ordering here. Honesty and follow-through on promises matter, and we didn't get either.
