Customers report that the company handles roof, gutter, French drain, and exterior cleaning services with punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing. Reviewers frequently note that the team arrives on time, explains processes clearly, and maintains a professional demeanor during work. While most feedback is positive, one low-star review criticized the cost of a roof cleaning quote as significantly higher than competitors, and another mentioned debris left on the property after service.

This company is top notch. Jonathan and the crew were extremely professional and fair priced. We were able to work out a great deal to get the works done at my home (roof, patio, pool screen, windows, driveway etc.) His team worked carefully and ensured that everything went great. They treated my property with care as well. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re glad we could help out with your roof cleaning, patio, pool cage, drive way and house wash! We appreciate your recommendation as well. Thank you again for choosing orlando Roofs and Gutters!

Jonathon and Alexander came to my residence and performed cleaning for my pool screens and pool cage, upon completion of the job they continued to pressure wash my pool deck and the front of my house at no additional charge. This was my first time using Orlando Roof and Gutter cleaning service but it will not be the last time. My pool screens had heavy algae buildup prior to the service and they made them look brand new, thanks once again for the exceptional service!!

Exceptional communication and dedication to get the project done even on a Sunday. Hired this company who performed multiple french drain cleanings at my house when drains were clogged and backed up after heavy rainstorms. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call him again if needed. Very reasonable priced.

I can't say enough good things about Orlando Roofs & Gutters! Our HOA sent a notice about mold on the roof of our house in Windermere. We live in New York, so I was worried about getting it handled from so far away. These guys made it so easy. They answered fast, gave me a clear and fair quote, and took care of everything.
The roof looks amazing, like the day it was put on. They were careful with the tiles and even took the time to protect all the plants and landscaping. You can tell they really care about doing the job right and treating your home like their own.
Friendly, honest, professional, and they back their work with a 2 year warranty. I'll definitely be calling them again, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know in the Orlando area. If you need your roof cleaned, call them. You won't regret it!

We know how stressful it can be to manage something like this from out of state, so we’re specially glad we were able to make this process easy and give you peace of mind along the way.
We take a lot of pride in providing a seamless experience, that means not only cleaning the roof or taking care of the home and everything around it, but every detail from start to finish. We appreciate your trust in us, and your recommendation to others in the Orlando area. It was a pleasure working with you and we’re always here if you need us again!
Thank you again for choosing Orlando Roofs and Gutters 😊

The boys came the day after calling them and got the work done quickly and respectfully of the house. We haven’t had the rain to test the cleaned gutters.
Price assessment: Reasonable price

I was looking for a company to do soft washing on my tile roof. I came across this company and the 5 star reviews so I decided to reach out. I spoke to Jonathan, who explained the process, answered all my questions, and provided me a quote the next day. He was very professional throughout. I decided to use his company so him and another person came at the time they said they would (received reminders prior to), and did a very thorough job and were reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Jonathan and this company to others. I will be using them again in the future!
Response from the owner · a month ago
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a 5-start review Brijesh. We’re so happy you had a positive experience with Jonathon from booking to completing the roof wash. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to work long with you in the near future!
