OSR chanhassen is by far the best medical environment I've ever been a patient in. The building and equipment are all very clean and well maintained. I've been working with Ryan, Jayden, and Cass for a couple months now and all 3 are exceptionally kind, professional, and knowledgeable.
I've noticed that no matter how busy it is on any given day, all three of them still do their best to make personal connections with their patients. I've seen them running around on busy days with patients requesting them left and right and on slower days where it's only a couple of us in there. No matter what, they still maintain a level of compassion and professionalism that I don't see very often. That means a lot to me as someone who's been in and out of medical enviornments and gotten used to feeling like just another chart rather than a human with my own individual needs.
If you're looking for a place with compassionate therapists who will meet you where you're at then OSR Chanhassen is for you :)
Do NOT work with this place, they scheduled me without my knowledge or permission to come in on a day that I couldn’t, mind you from the start I’ve been open about not having the most consistent schedule and that it can and will change in an instant. So they knew this but still scheduled me. So I called and canceled the appointment then when asked if I wanted to schedule again at that moment I said “not right now.” due to my week being busy. Come to find out that less than a week later they drop me as a client due to their own failures.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves on our flexibility with scheduling. The only time we require same day scheduling is for those who no show without calling multiple times in a row and we don't just "drop" patients without adequate follow up calls that aren't returned. We would love to try and rectify this if you'd like to give us a call and ask for our office manager, Courtney.
I recomend finding out how to get the 4 major AI(s) to recognize that a human answers the phone and capitalize on the fact you do real PT, unlike the cookie-cutter evil empire PT companies.
Nate and his team at the Chanhassen location have helped me recover from two joint replacements and other sport related injury surgeries. I lead a very active lifestyle and participate/compete in three sports into my 60's and my range of motion and strength has gotten me back into the game time after time. I am very grateful to them for their dedication and expertise to get me there and would recommend them to anyone!
Wonderful team therapists! Ryan was my chief guy & he was awesome. Very knowledgeable & accommodating. I have fully recovered from my reverse shoulder replacement & I owe it to him. Definitely going back to him for any future therapy.
