This is a game changer. I want to live my senior years healthy and strong as can be. Going through chemo and radiation caused osteopenia. Numbers were getting worse with each Dexascan. Since Osteostrong, my numbers stabilized and look to them being even better with the next. Great staff, great program. Highly recommend.

Having been coming here for several months at my OB’s suggestion because I have advanced osteoporosis in my hips. Osteo Strong has been a great addition in my fight to gain bone density and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Don’t think about it…..”Just do it”!!!

I have been going to Osteostrong for nearly a year and I have noticed a considerable improvement, especially in my balance. The staff is always, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have also been very flexible with my schedule . I absolutely recommend Osteostrong and also recommend you let your primary care Dr or bone specialist about their services . We all need alternative Choices to look at for our health
Great staff. No results yet but I seem to make progress on my strength output every week. This review was done a year ago. Right now, I don't have dexa results yet but consistent weekly sessions are easy and painless. I see how much I'm pushing in lbs on the screen on the four machines and pre and post, we do some dynamic warmups and cool downs on the vibration pads. I don't pay for the leg compression boots or the healing pad as I have both at home. It's a nice break in my week, easy to get to and complete and I've met a lot of nice people there and made two good friends as well. Lovely community.
Great experience. Staff very friendly. Best place to build stronger bones, all it takes is just 1 time a week. Highly recommend you check it out!
