I had my car looked at several times by Grease Monkey for the same root issue and it just wasn’t getting completely fixed. Grease Monkey recommended that I take my car to Oswald’s for more in-depth help. Well, Oswald’s didn’t disappoint. I paid a pretty penny for the work they did, but my car WORKS again. The technicians I worked with were very informative with me all along the way, presenting me with my options. They were patient, responsive, and subverted my expectations with how quickly they worked. I’m very pleased with the service I received.
Tim and the crew inspected my kids car, took care of the repairs and made sure everything was good and ready asap. Definitely would refer them and have my cars worked on there again.

Oswalds is always very quick to get my vehicle in and fixed. I have turned to them several times for quick vehicle scans and advice. They are very accommodating and consistent in helping me learn more about my vehicle and what is actually happening so I know what im paying for. The techs here are very knowledgeable and have earned my trust.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I was extremely impressed by the willingness to work with me, even when I was out of town. The ability to see each thing that needed work and giving a scale of importance and impact to allow for some work to be done over time where possible.

We were looking for a shop to help with my child’s car. She was new to school. It was a very positive experience from the first call. My daughter dropped the car and they took care of her and gave her a ride to school. Luke and Tim kept me and my daughter informed. Their text updates with pictures and information from the tech was top notch. It was running great when we picked it up. Still is running amazing. Oswald fixes it right the first time is our experience. I am grateful to have Oswald taking care of us. I live on the east coast and need this type of service.
