Reviewers frequently praise the homemade quality of donuts, pastries, and bread, noting the establishment's long-standing history and affordable pricing. A recurring operational detail is the cash-only payment policy. However, a distinct pattern of criticism involves staff behavior, with multiple low-star reviews citing rude interactions, loud arguments, and unsanitary food handling practices that deter some customers.

2 ladies working just screaming and cussing each other out so not kid friendly at all. Not a sanitary place either and the lady grabbed the donuts with her bare hands. I’m sure this place was great once but it is running on fumes.
