Otto's Tire And European Auto Repair

Fast, honest and no pressure! My Audi was too old and had too many issues for me to want to go ahead with the repair, but they went above and beyond with the diagnostics and walked me through their thoughts. They were honest and quoted me a fair price for the work that would need to be done. I’m now looking for a… Read full review

I love this shop. They are thorough, clear about options and reasonably priced.

I've taken my Audi A3 Sportback 2012 to Vicente and the guys several times, and I am always impressed with their professionalism and highly skilled mechanics. Vicente is honest and clear in what needs to be done to keep my car healthy at it's higher mileage, and when. Also, this team enjoys what they do, and it… Read full review

A top notch mechanic shop. Vicente, Randy, Regina and the rest of the team are all amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and sympathetic. A truly rare find.

I first moved to LA in the summer of 22' and my Audi started giving me issues, navigating the mechanic shop scene and finding a great one is throwing a needle in a hay stack. But I took it to Otto's and I've never looked back, EVER. Now that I moved away from Downtown area I will still come to Otto's even thought… Read full review

Vicente the mechanic saved me thousands of dollars by not going to the dealer.

Vicente and the whole team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work at very competitive prices! I feel lucky to have them as my go-to for anything auto related. Highly recommend.

Love this shop! Thank you for all the work you do. I've been bringing my car to this shop since it opened. The guys here do good work, provide excellent customer service, and knowledgeable. There have been a few times I dropped in with a concern and they looked into it in a timely manner. My check engine light came… Read full review

Vicente has been working on my car for years, even before he had his own shop. He takes excellent care of my car and runs a trustworthy and accommodating business - I trust his judgement completely Thanks for always providing quality service!

Vicente and his crew have been taking care of my 86 Westfalia for years. It’s a great shop and I always feel taken care of. They keep it nice and clean for a mechanic shop… Vicente explains things well and is reasonably priced. They also work on my 2001 4Runner. Since my cars are older- they need special attention… Read full review

Very professional & friendly staff, and excellent car maintenance!

Vicente is THE BEST! He was recommended to my by a friend who’s been going to him for over 10 years, and he did not disappoint. I had a coolant leak issue, and he quickly got me and and did a full diagnostic on my x5. We broke up the maintenance over a few months in order of importance, which he was happy to do.… Read full review

Why go anywhere else?? Great service, quality repairs and timely. So glad to have tracked Vicente down and have told my friends that I referred to him 10 years ago where he is. More referrals to come, a great mechanic is irreplaceable.

Vicente and the team at Otto European are the best I've encountered in my 20 years of owning demanding German cars. Reasonable, always accommodating, communicate very well.

Vicente and his team were very professional in diagnosing the issues for my vehicle. They then worked with me to do some of the repairs in my first visit then I brought it back in months later to finish the work. They are very good with German cars (my car is an audi). They are not cheap but you get quality work and… Read full review

I love this place they take care of your vehicle and they’re so friendly and helpful!!

Our family has been going to Vicente for years. Piece of mind, quality work, and timely delivery. Can’t ask for anything more from your local repair shop.

best shop to bring european car. found them after a ridiculous quote from the dealer. vicente and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, fast & reasonable. would recommend to anyone

i always have a great experience here!! very quick, reliable, and very fair prices- as a younger female it’s very easy to feel taken advantage of at auto shops but i’ve never felt that way coming here. it’s a very friendly crew and i feel like i can always trust that i’m getting a good deal and my car will be taken care of!

I’ve been servicing my VW (Eurovan) with Viscente for years and can highly recommend him and his team at Ottos! Reliable, quality, economic, and honest service!

Vicente is the only mechanic I will go to now. He is so caring and honest! He has just helped me make sure my 2007 Audi can pass the smog test, and he was very conscientious in laying out courses of action and what they would cost. He was much more transparent than other mechanics I've had in the past and he also… Read full review
