Very professional, quick and efficient service. Very detailed explanation as to the cause of the problem. Honestly, very good work and 100% would recommend.
Always grateful for the honest, reliable help of the team and Otto's Tire and European Auto Repair, who aren't intimated by an older vehicle that might require creative sourcing of parts and always fair in their estimates. Plus, get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!
Absolute top notch professional service. Fast, reliable, and affordable. Vincente and crew are up front and always look for the best deal for my 2009 VW and most importantly do incredible, best in class work. 5/5.
I've taken my Audi A3 Sportback 2012 to Vicente and the guys several times, and I am always impressed with their professionalism and highly skilled mechanics. Vicente is honest and clear in what needs to be done to keep my car healthy at it's higher mileage, and when. Also, this team enjoys what they do, and it…
A top notch mechanic shop. Vicente, Randy, Regina and the rest of the team are all amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and sympathetic. A truly rare find.
I first moved to LA in the summer of 22' and my Audi started giving me issues, navigating the mechanic shop scene and finding a great one is throwing a needle in a hay stack. But I took it to Otto's and I've never looked back, EVER. Now that I moved away from Downtown area I will still come to Otto's even thought…
Vincente was head mechanic at a place I used to go to. I bought another car under dealer’s warranty and time went by. I was reminded by a friend who told me Vincente has his own business. It turned out well, he has given me courtesy, honesty and value the times I’ve been there. He did not have to do all the extras…
Vicente and the whole team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work at very competitive prices! I feel lucky to have them as my go-to for anything auto related. Highly recommend.
Vicente has been working on my car for years, even before he had his own shop. He takes excellent care of my car and runs a trustworthy and accommodating business - I trust his judgement completely Thanks for always providing quality service!
Vicente and his crew have been taking care of my 86 Westfalia for years. It’s a great shop and I always feel taken care of. They keep it nice and clean for a mechanic shop… Vicente explains things well and is reasonably priced. They also work on my 2001 4Runner. Since my cars are older- they need special attention…
I was referred to Ottos after my car was damaged at a car wash and they repaired it perfectly! They were super kind and helpful with the problem and also ordered the new parts for me. Definitely recommend!
Very professional & friendly staff, and excellent car maintenance!
Vicente is THE BEST! He was recommended to my by a friend who’s been going to him for over 10 years, and he did not disappoint. I had a coolant leak issue, and he quickly got me and and did a full diagnostic on my x5. We broke up the maintenance over a few months in order of importance, which he was happy to do.…
Vincent and his team are good guys. They fixed my car like it was there own. They took care of me and they showed they cared. He fixes what is really needed. I would recommend his service to anyone. I was happy when I got my Mercedes back. Thanks Vince!

Why go anywhere else?? Great service, quality repairs and timely. So glad to have tracked Vicente down and have told my friends that I referred to him 10 years ago where he is. More referrals to come, a great mechanic is irreplaceable.
Nice shop. The took a lot of care to provide a detailed report of the vehicle and its potential issues. Repair work has seemed to iron out any issues up until now!
Vicente and the team at Otto European are the best I've encountered in my 20 years of owning demanding German cars. Reasonable, always accommodating, communicate very well.
Otto’s was really efficient with working on what my car needed fixed, and worked with me to get a fair price and repair. I have come several times now and they don’t disappoint!

I've been taking my BMW X5 to Vicente for about two years. Actually met him when I was having my car serviced at the shop he worked at previously. When I learned that he had opened his own place I began taking my car there. He goes above and beyond, and the guys who work for him are always friendly and…
I’ve been servicing my VW (Eurovan) with Viscente for years and can highly recommend him and his team at Ottos! Reliable, quality, economic, and honest service!

Best shop in LA hands down! I won't bring my car anywhere else. Best prices and always reliable to get the job done.
I will never go anywhere else. Vicente is personable, kind, professional, and honest. They go above and beyond, and I appreciate the transparency. Knowing I'm in good hands with my car is a huge relief. I always feel like I'm getting scammed, or paying well above the average price at other places. I'm so grateful to this place!
