I can’t recommend Otto’s Tire & European Auto Repair enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Otto is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly inspect my 2017 Mazda. He identified several issues that I didn’t even know existed and clearly explained what actually needed to be…
I found this shop through Google and ChatGPT, and I found a jewel. Took my car today for annual maintenance, and the treatment was superb. Vicente, the owner, told me they would inspect the entire car so they wouldn't charge me for services my car wouldn't need. Definitely I will come back for future services and…
Amazing service, for a reasonable price! I can not say enough about how great the whole team at Otto's has been. They did an amazing job with my clutch and I'll definitely be back!
Always grateful for the honest, reliable help of the team and Otto's Tire and European Auto Repair, who aren't intimated by an older vehicle that might require creative sourcing of parts and always fair in their estimates. Plus, get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!
I've taken my Audi A3 Sportback 2012 to Vicente and the guys several times, and I am always impressed with their professionalism and highly skilled mechanics. Vicente is honest and clear in what needs to be done to keep my car healthy at it's higher mileage, and when. Also, this team enjoys what they do, and it…
I first moved to LA in the summer of 22' and my Audi started giving me issues, navigating the mechanic shop scene and finding a great one is throwing a needle in a hay stack. But I took it to Otto's and I've never looked back, EVER. Now that I moved away from Downtown area I will still come to Otto's even thought…
Vicente and the whole team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work at very competitive prices! I feel lucky to have them as my go-to for anything auto related. Highly recommend.
Love this shop! Thank you for all the work you do. I've been bringing my car to this shop since it opened. The guys here do good work, provide excellent customer service, and knowledgeable. There have been a few times I dropped in with a concern and they looked into it in a timely manner. My check engine light came…

Vicente has been working on my car for years, even before he had his own shop. He takes excellent care of my car and runs a trustworthy and accommodating business - I trust his judgement completely Thanks for always providing quality service!
This place is a true gem. Came in from another shotty mechanic shop that had basically destroyed my radiator by trying to replace with a the incorrect radiator. It was a nightmare situation, I thought I was going to be looking at a new car. Brought it to otto's to see if they could do anything, they said they could…
Vicente and his crew have been taking care of my 86 Westfalia for years. It’s a great shop and I always feel taken care of. They keep it nice and clean for a mechanic shop… Vicente explains things well and is reasonably priced. They also work on my 2001 4Runner. Since my cars are older- they need special attention…
Otto and his team are amazing! I came in for a walk in for oil change and he was very accommodating and checked my car and did the oil change very quickly for me. He also went over what services I needed very thoroughly with the courtesy inspection!
First met Otto and Randy eleven years back when they were working for someone else. Now they still working together but for themselves and there is nobody else I trust my car business but to them. Vicente and the team at Otto European are the best I've encountered in my 20 years of owning demanding German cars. Reasonable, always accommodating, communicate very well.
Vicente and his team were very professional in diagnosing the issues for my vehicle. They then worked with me to do some of the repairs in my first visit then I brought it back in months later to finish the work. They are very good with German cars (my car is an audi). They are not cheap but you get quality work and…
