Fast and reliable, would definitely recommend
I can’t recommend Otto’s Tire & European Auto Repair enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Otto is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly inspect my 2017 Mazda. He identified several issues that I didn’t even know existed and clearly explained what actually needed to be…
They did a really great job with my tires . Great Customer Service
They have helped me plenty of times, patch my tire, ordered my tires with them. My mom came to visit and got a flat, my tire iron didn’t fit her tires so I walked over to them and asked if they had a spare tire iron for her size, they gave me a handheld tool and even drove over to check on me. I returned the tool…
Great spot! Fixed my tire so quickly and gave me a discount. Will come back again:) thanks!
Just moved back to Historic Filipinotown and needed a spot to make sure my tires were all good and to get them rotated. My buddy Chris from “A Good Used Book” suggested Ottos down the street. The team were all awesome, and had great customer service and knew what they were doing. This is my new spot for sure! Highly recommend
I was far from home when I had a flat tire. Otto’s was the closest according to my google search. I gave them a shot without looking at the reviews. I got lucky because they were courteous and professional and had my tire patched up and ready in 10 minutes. Huge thanks.
Took my Audi R8 here to get new rotors, brakepads, and tires. Otto's did fantastic work and he beats competitor's pricing. He even threw in some extra work I requested for no charge. My car is super low and he's one of the only places that has a low enough lift to do all the necessary repairs. I'd highly recommend him for your service needs!
Absolute top notch professional service. Fast, reliable, and affordable. Vincente and crew are up front and always look for the best deal for my 2009 VW and most importantly do incredible, best in class work. 5/5.
Vincente was head mechanic at a place I used to go to. I bought another car under dealer’s warranty and time went by. I was reminded by a friend who told me Vincente has his own business. It turned out well, he has given me courtesy, honesty and value the times I’ve been there. He did not have to do all the extras…
Very effective and nice service!
Amazing place. Fair prices. Vicente is awesome and took care of my car as if it was his own. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Vicente and the whole team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work at very competitive prices! I feel lucky to have them as my go-to for anything auto related. Highly recommend.
I needed tires changed badly! I came across Ottos tire shop on my maps. He has excellent customer service and he was very kind, helpful, and understanding. I got new tires put on very fast cause i was in a rush and I'm a satisfied customer. I was also happy he was open on Sat, so to me, that was a plus. Thank you, Otto and staff!
Vicente and his crew have been taking care of my 86 Westfalia for years. It’s a great shop and I always feel taken care of. They keep it nice and clean for a mechanic shop… Vicente explains things well and is reasonably priced. They also work on my 2001 4Runner. Since my cars are older- they need special attention…
When it comes to car repairs, honesty is everything. Fair price on a flat tire replacement and friendly service. Definitely will do more business here.
I had a nail in my tire in December and checked this place out. Honestly I’m so glad and lucky I checked this place out. I drive a 2022 Toyota Corolla and Otto spent a good 30 min looking for my tire because it was a brand new car. He actually recommend I call Toyota and see if I have warranty on my tires. He saved…
Otto and his crew are top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and the work they do is stellar. I won’t go anywhere else for tire/wheel work. 5 stars.
I’ve been coming to Vicente for about 5 years now. Love everything about his work. Always gives me great advice and keeps my now almost 20 year old Audi in amazing condition. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Thanks Vicente!!
Vicente and his crew are responsive, quick turnaround and friendly. I am a loyal customer. And I highly recommend their services. Ellen Friedlander
