Excellent service. I called Tuesday morning and was told to bring in my vehicle asap for a brake job. I was told that the vehicle would be ready at around 3pm. At 2:30 they called me to come pick it up.

Used to always take my Q5 to the dealership for service, where they charge 2x the rate for labor and seemingly 3x the price for parts. Otto's got my brakes replaced same day, offered a complimentary inspection that was super detailed and helpful, and everyone was friendly and communicative the whole time. Cannot recommend enough!

My car stoped working and I was calling around for pricing , I told him(Otto) that I was going to take my car home, but he insisted that I bring it in and have them look at it.
