I highly recommend working with the Living Spaces NW team. Chris and Malu kept us informed on every stage of our decking project, even with some unforseen twists and turns. I always felt like I was being informed and take care of as a customer. The constant communication was reassuring and welcomed. Our deck turned out beautiful. So far we're very happy with the end result!

Big thanks to Chris and his crew for a great experience. They replaced our deck flooring with Trex and the results look awesome. The whole process was incredibly smooth with quick scheduling, great communication, and they finished the job even faster than I expected. The guys were professional and friendly the whole time. Definitely recommend them!

Our beautiful new Trex deck was completed in July 2026. This doubled the size of our original deck and made it much more functional. Our crew were amazing creating the new foundation and blending everything seamlessly across 32 x 16 1/2 feet. The Trex Whisky Barrel color and wood look are fantastic especially framed with Malted Barley. We received excellent advice on how to handle a couple problem areas and they were great figuring out how to do the privacy wall they had not worked with before. They also poured a slab for our spa tub adjacent to the deck and it is perfect for hopping into right from the deck, as well as blending in with our other landscaping. All for a very reasonable price and they made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it.

We had a wonderful experience. They responded immediately, visited and came in with a fair price, worked quickly, were friendly and professional. They made suggestions, but also listened. We had railing done, if we end up changing our deck material in the future, we will use them.

Chris and his team got the job completed earlier than I expected! I am very happy with the quality and attention to details. The deck turned out to be really pretty. The quote I got from Chris is also fairly reasonable.

[2026] It's our second time working with Outdoor LIving Spaces NW , this time for the deck stairs. Very pleased with the xecellent work they have done. Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing some help on the deck.

[2020] I had a good experience using Outdoor LIving Spaces NW to replace my wooden deck with compisite. Chris was very helpful from the beginning, giving us an accurate cost estimation. The installation process was also smooth. Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Definitely recommend Living Spaces NW! The team is highly knowledgeable about decks and materials and we REALLY appreciated their willingness to share opinions and experience (ie, what works, what materials are good and which are less so).
They're also communicative, timely and professional. Expert installation, kind people and attention to detail.
