We first met Victoria with Outstanding Occasions when she toured us at El Chorro, our wedding venue. She was so nice, sweet, knowledgeable about the venue and answered all of our questions. When we were told we needed to have a wedding planner, having already met her made it super easy! I will admit, at first I didn't think I needed nor wanted a wedding planner, but looking back, I am SO glad we had Victoria and Outstanding Occasions on our side. Victoria was so quick to respond and was able to understand my vision from the very first call we had. Being from out of state, it can be hard planning from afar, but Victoria made it so easy. She kept me on track with monthly to-do lists and made it clear what I needed and she was there to help every step of the way. She recommended amazing vendors and was able to take the stress off of me by contacting them, sending them the day of timeline, etc. The day of the wedding was perfect. Victoria and her team helped me get ready, made sure all of our bridal party had what they needed, they kept things on time and according to schedule and they made sure every little detail was in place and ready to go. It was amazing to focus on getting ready and being in the moment rather than worry about if the fans were place on each ceremony chair or if name cards were in the right spot- they took care of all of that! My parents could attend the wedding like guests rather than worry about the details as well, which they were super thankful for! I could on and on about how amazing my experience was. My son Hamza and his fiance Stephanie after much deliberations decided to have there wedding reception in our backyard. They had planned to do an elopement in Monument Valley and reception at home. We decided to choose Outstanding Occasions after meeting with Victoria. She was an absolute blessing through out the planning process. She took the time to understand Hamza and Stephanie's vision and brought it to life with so much care and intention. We recently got married on 10.24.25 in Arizona and Outstanding Occasions helped create the most magical day for our wedding day. We worked personally with Rachelle and she was simply the best. She made planning a destination wedding effortless. She was a joy to work with, she is connected with all the local vendors, and was very detailed oriented. She was there every step of the way and for every tough decision. She truly took my Pinterest wedding board and made it a reality. Rachelle was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. The many vendors we used for florist, event, band, bakery, stationery… she had worked with them all and knew them well. Everything was above our expectations. We splurged on some things but helped us cut back on other things that we could. I had no worries that when we walked into the event all would be perfect. And it was!
