Couldn't be happier with the time, dedication, efficiency and kindness Ken brings to each inspection. You can tell that he truly cares for what he does and he is immensely educated and meticulous when inspecting a house.

I had a great experience with Mr. Kofer! As a first-time homebuyer, I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and I’m so glad I chose him to inspect my new home. He was very informative, thorough, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when it’s your first, but having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy by your side makes such a difference. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the care he put into the inspection. I have absolutely no regrets choosing him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home or needing a warranty inspection in Central Texas!

I am not a big fan of having to get an inspection done, but Ken spends a whole day at the property (doesn't speed off to multiple other clients), and when he is done, he walks the property with you, making sure you understand general diagnostics and giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand. He even had great recommendations for efficiency and setting the home up for success. I can truly say it was a pleasure discussing the results and learning how to ensure our future home is performant and setup for success.
Not the cheapest inspector, but you absolutely get what you pay for! It's totally worth the extra $! Highly recommend.

Ken was absolutely great and did a very thorough inspection on my parent’s home. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes and all the details regarding each of the different systems in an home. He has been doing inspections for many years and knows what is correct and what is not, which of course is so important. He is also a wonderful person, very professional and polite. Home inspections can always be nerve wracking, but not with Ken. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of an outstanding inspector and person. Thank you Ken for the great job!

Ken did an amazing job walking through homes, and he is very humble. He is always looking for opportunities to learn. His attitude towards looking through houses is like a seasoned dad looking through a house. He does everything by the book and always spends a great deal amount of effort to know what the building code is and what the manufacturer's recommendations are for every product. We had Ken for both our new house inspection and our 11th month warranty inspection and he did a great job!
