Customers frequently highlight the punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness of the technicians, noting that carpets often appear significantly cleaner after service. Recurring themes include effective removal of pet stains, reasonable pricing compared to competitors, and clear communication regarding arrival times. While most reviews are positive, a few low-star comments criticize specific instances of missed appointments, limited service area coverage, or confusion over which rooms were included in the package.

Great results on the carpets. You can almost tell there were no kids living in this house. Very professional.

Oxy cleaning has been great service to work with. I’ve had their service done about 4 times lasting about three to four months each with two dogs. Brenden is always kind and friendly. I’d recommend this to anyone with carpet that needs serious cleaning.

Farin arrived on time and prepared to work. I'm disabled and he was patient and answered my questions and assured me the cats would be safe waking and sleeping on it and even offered me a Material Safety fact sheet. I'm disabled and he helped me move a few heavy items I was not able to move to the porch myself. I asked him to assess the soiled / stained carpets and determine if the cleaning if the cleaning was going to work. Based on his experience, he said he was 90 percent sure the process would work. He was wrong. When he went through all the steps every stain was poor gone. All of them vanished after years of being an eyesore. I had to adjust the scope of work and so he was flexible and made the adjustment Nice guy. Great results. After leaving for his next appointment the cats reappeared from their safe hiding place and one of them was sniffing the fresh scent and almost "new" carpet. Thank you.

Very professional. These guys did a great job and pricing is very reasonable. I love that they gave me a gift card for future use and spot cleaner that they did not charge me for. I highly recommend this company.
