Nick was great he came out and showed him all of our areas of concern and gave us a quote for the additional services we wanted such as odor removal for cat urine. No judgement from him on our "well loved carpet" in desperate need of a cleaning. He was fast a easy to work with. The cleaning process was also very quite. I was expecting loud equipment and that was not the case. Oxi fresh also does a fantastic job at removing pet hair through there cleaning process! Would recommend this company.
