Google reviewers rate Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning 4.9 out of 5 based on 67 reviews, with the owner responding to 64 percent of them. While most praise the service quality and pricing, low-star reviews indicate occasional issues with appointment cancellations and post-service care instructions that left some clients dissatisfied.
