Customers frequently highlight the punctuality, professionalism, and friendly demeanor of technicians, noting that carpets and rugs often appear and smell fresh after service. Many describe the pricing as reasonable and the scheduling process as easy to navigate. However, several low-star reviews criticize the cleaning method, stating that the spray and scrub technique lacks the deep extraction of traditional steam cleaning, leaving stains or dirt behind. One review also alleged theft of personal property by a technician.

I have been a satisfied OxiFresh customer for several years and will continue to call on them. They’re always friendly, reasonably priced for 2 each multi size, L, M & S area rugs. Always prompt and courteous especially while serving the job. Vivian was excellent on this recent service. Thank you OxiFresh!

Outstanding experience and I am super happy with the results! This poor guy showed up when we were in the midst of a medical emergency with our dog. He was so kind and worked around us telling us he would lick up for us if we needed to leave which we did. We came home to beautifully cleaned carpets. Unfoyour dog didn’t make it but she was 17.
