Update: they have trouble following up with city to finalize the permit. The permit is still not finaled after 6 months.
We just had them replace our duct and add Gree AC heat pump in San Mateo. Happened to have a factory-defective TXV in the beginning but they acted fast to replace a new one. You’ll know why they have all 5-star on google. Already shout out their name to all my friends. Hope they grow their business while keeping the best service and price. Then we would hire them to update everything again after a decade.

I got a new furnace installed with Ozone Service and was helped by Konstantin. He was excellent, patient and on top of everything, and the installers were very competent and all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Ozone Service and Konstantin.

Called OZONE late Friday night and had Andrew out by 8am Saturday. He diagnosed the failed starting component quickly, had the part on the truck, and had the system running and verified cold before he left. On time, no upselling on a old unit, one-year warranty on the repair. Exactly what you want from a service call. Highly recommend.

Konstantine and Paul (and one other) were excellent. Price as the best among 5 quotes. Professional. Replaced our 3.5 ton carrier gas+AC with a daikin 3.5 ton heat pump in 2 days (all to code with permits, inspectors pending).
