The P&L team is top notch. They have taken care of my vehicles with great communication and care. They are honest and upfront. They are a wonderful team. Alfonso will even send a text to check in with you, after service. They do great work, period!

How long ago I’ve gotten my transmission flushed on my 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee Summit 3.6. When I came home to do my oil change, I noticed something missing I talked to my dad about it and we’re looking at it. He saw that my thought at the time my skid plate was missing. And I talked to a friend that is a mechanic talk with him about it sent him pictures and informed me that. “ You are missing both the front engine shield AND the main center transmission splash pan. The entire underbelly of your transmission case, transfer case, and exhaust mid-pipes is completely exposed”. When I had asked about it, they had said they weren’t sure what had happened. They didn’t see it in the shop floor or anywhere in the shop that day I got my transmission flush. There was two other Jeep grand Cherokees and asked them could be possible that they had gotten that mixed up and slap that on another vehicle he said he doesn’t think so so I had asked him shouldn’t you ask the guy who did my transmission flush what had happened? You said oh he no longer works. He went back home to Mexico And had no way of getting hold of him. So I’m dealing with that right now with the shop and will update as follows.

Would never go to this place again. They changed parts that did not need to be replaced. They overcharge and also cleared the warning messages on my car instead of diagnosing my car. Poor customer service and after money spent my car ended up with a blown head gasket.

From the start to finish, I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism conducted here.
I came without an appointment to get work done on my AC unit. They took me in quick and easy. After completing my inspection there were a couple of other issues with my vehicle that P & L advised me of with very reasonable pricing. It was the first time that instead of telling me what was wrong they actually provided proof/photos and showed me the issues and priority level in the order I should take care of them. While I waited, they happily offered to give me a ride home!
To close out the job, they also test drove my vehicle for me to ensure the job they did was complete. They earned a loyal customer out of myself.
You can tell that they take pride in their work and want to make sure they are providing adequate service, and not out to take your money. Very friendly atmosphere with the other members and customers that came in. You can tell they earned the loyalty of those that choose them over other shops evidently so.
I took my car in like two months ago because I had a leak in my transmission pan they supposed to be fixed. It costing me $800 more than a half later. My car is still leaking and now smelling like burn and I took it back and it’s the same part they supposedly fixed and now they wanna charge me $500 for it. When I asked proof of the part they bought they had no proof I asked to speak to a corporate manager a supervisor I asked for explanations of everything they never have an answer. I have all the recordings he lied said it was my battery was leaking. That’s why the part that they fixed messed up again. My battery is brand new so then you tell me if you have the receipt to your battery saying it’s brand new then will replace it for free. what is my battery have to do with what the hell you guys fixed and right now I’m still trying to get a hold of somebody that’s in charge of that place and they cannot give me a phone number to anybody in charge no information so if I don’t have a receipt for my battery was before they fix my car then they’re not gonna fix it but if they fix it, then they’re gonna still charge me $500 for the exact same thing on both papers and then he lied and I have them on recording stating that he put my battery was looking cause there’s no other explanation I don’t I don’t get it so if anybody knows the manager or the owners for this place, can you please post it because I need to speak to somebody

These guys know what they're doing, and have great customers service . I kinda feel like the they treat Our cars as if they were working on their own and not a lot of shops give you that vibe. 10/10 recommended . And that comes from a guy who usually changes his own parts.

They had me in and out in no time. The prices were reasonable too. Customer service was very understanding and helpful. This is one dedicated and honest group. They explained everything and checked out all my concerns. I will definitley be seeing them again!
