The initial shopping experience was great; the folks in the office are very knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to buy more than we needed. The installers arrived when they said they would, keeping us up to date throughout the day to let us know when they would arrive. In our case we were replacing several old appliances, so the installers also took care of removing the old equipment. However, one appliance was installed incorrectly due to a part that was apparently misplaced before installation. We spent several days calling an emailing before someone was sent out with the correct part. On the second visit, the correct part was installed incorrectly (again). After another week of ignored emails, we eventually had to resort to having our building's maintenance team fix the issue. This has left a black mark on an otherwise excellent experience which is why I can only award them 3 stars.

Upon completion of install ran dishwasher to check out functions and patiently explained n answered questions. Kaena is an asset to your company.

This locally-owned appliance store truly goes above and beyond. Their prices are fair (not more than what you’d see online), but their level of service is truly exceptional!
My sales person, Auston, was great to work with. He ensured I got what I wanted and made all the arrangements from the pre-inspection to delivery and installation.
Did I say pre-inspection? You bet I did! No other company will send their installers out to do a pre-inspection of your place—AT NO CHARGE—before you make a final decision on what to buy. David was great to work with too, and made sure that what I wanted would fit in my galley kitchen and communicated with Auston regarding what had to be done to do the installation. As a result, today’s installation, also by David and his assistant, went as smoothly as it could possibly go. I am about as happy as I can be with my new slide-in range and new refrigerator! I mean, David even actually had a level and leveled the stove in both directions without me asking! Nobody EVER did that before.
So if you want a fair price with great service from a local company that is second to none, go to the Pacific Appliance Group!

Michael Viernes was exceptional throughout our entire refrigerator purchase. His knowledge of Sub-Zero is extensive, and he was incredibly patient and attentive as we visited the showroom several times to explore the different models and find the right fit for our kitchen.
We ultimately chose the Sub-Zero PRO with the glass door, which had been our favorite from the beginning, and we absolutely love it. It is beautifully designed, a striking addition to our kitchen, and something we genuinely enjoy every day.
