The service at Pacific Highway Auto Repair is second to none! Chris was phenomenal, patient, and treated us like family. Pacific Highway Auto Repair was highly recommended to us by a trusted family member as I had a number of things that needed fixing in my Volvo. Chris communicated with us frequently, with the utmost kindness and honesty while the repairs were being done. All of the people we encountered at the shop were awesome and I cannot thank them all enough. I am so grateful to Chris and Pacific Auto Repair for getting me back on the road!!!

My car died last night and I had it towed there and left it in the lot. Got a call first thing this morning, and a new alternator in the rig today. Had my ride back in the afternoon. Nice guys. Felt like an honest experience. No pressure on upsells, though I know there's a lot that could be done to the ride.

Fair price on diagnostic.But not on repair pricing..7hours and a half of work. And 500 for radiator Total $2000 .called dealer $1200 first time ever a dealer quotes me cheaper than a mom and pop mechanic .over pricing by $800..

<br>Hi Thomas, I’m sorry you feel that your repair estimate was too expensive. When you came in for your appointment you asked us to replace your water pump. We suggested performing a diagnostic to see exactly what was leaking coolant on your vehicle. It’s a good thing we did that because it turned out to be the radiator that was leaking. Otherwise you would have spent a lot of money replacing a water pump that wasn’t leaking. Looks like you looked up the part on a budget website and googled what labor times are for your vehicle. We have a 3 year Nationwide warranty on the work we perform and we are here to stand behind that so that factors into the pricing. We gave you a fair estimate to repair the issue before replacing the radiator and you decided not to repair your vehicle. <br>Thanks for your business and we hope to see you again. Thank you.
Really satisfied with the service. I brought my 2006 BMW to Pacific Highway Auto Repair for an oil use issue. Chris suggested that it was better to do a full diagnostic rather than guess at the problem. He found an issue that the BMW dealer had missed. I am very happy with the service, the professional attitude and the speed of service. I am happy to bring my car here in future. Highly Recommended!
