Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, detailed design, and clear communication, noting that projects were often completed on time and within budget. Services include hardscape renovations, irrigation repairs, and full backyard transformations. However, lower-rated reviews highlight a recurring issue with missed appointments and a lack of responsiveness when customers attempted to reschedule or request updates after initial contact.

Emailed them asking for someone to come and get me an estimate they only told me how much the charge per sq ft. Once I was able to schedule an appointment they cancel 30 mins before. Really unprofessional.
We cannot be happier with the work!!! Detailed and modern design. G is incredibly nice and friendly. He listens and provides valuable feedback. Would go with him again and again!
Thank you Kai
We received above and beyond exceptional services from P.L.S. They are experts and care about the finished product. Our backyard was transformed into a beautiful, easy to maintain space that will last for decades. If you want the absolute best, P.L.S. is who to hire.
Thank you patty, we appreciate your business!
10/10 recommend working with Pacific Landscape Service! We are super happy with our concrete driveway extension and walkway. G was easy to communicate with and kept us updated every step of the way. His team worked very efficiently with a high attention to detail. We hope to work with G on future landscaping projects!
I called asking for an irrigation leak inspection, said they could check it out later that afternoon and to text them the address. Did not show up. Called again next day, said they were currently on the way to the address, again never showed up. Texted them the third day again for updates and never received any response. I can understand delays for unexpected circumstances but do not appreciate being led along. Very disappointed after reading the other positive reviews. I was hoping to support local businesses but ended up experiencing this.
I called in a panic because I realized that my sprinklers were on overnight! I’m scared of what this 12hr water bill will be. I called Pacific Landscape Service & they came the same day & helped shut my system off, gave me a quote, & educated me on how everything worked & how to replace the system myself if I chose that route. I appreciate their efficiency & transparency & recommend their service to anyone in need of sprinkler support.
We are so glad we chose Pacific Landscape Service for our hardscape renovation! They transformed our cracking driveway, aging walkway, and damaged back concrete patio into a beautiful, functional, and inviting space that has become a true pride and joy for us. G, the owner, and his hardworking crew consistently arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Though the team is small, every member works diligently — and G is no exception. Their finished product is not only visually stunning but also structurally sound. Unlike some contractors we’ve dealt with in the past who cut corners — especially in areas hidden beneath concrete — G does everything the right way. They dug down very deep and reinforced the concrete with rebar to ensure long-lasting durability. All the new surfaces are properly sloped for drainage away from the house, and the curved cuts along the walkway and driveway add a beautiful, artistic touch to the finish. One detail we truly appreciated was how thoughtful G and his crew were during the demolition process. They did their best to help us relocate and preserve trees and rose plants that hold deep sentimental value to us. That extra care meant so much. As for the back patio, due to budget constraints, we opted to replace only 2/3 of the cracked cement. We expected the difference to be obvious, but G cleverly poured the new concrete into two 1/3-sized sections, making everything look balanced and intentional. Even better, he took the extra step of properly joining the new and old concrete to ensure they don’t separate over time — a thoughtful touch that shows his commitment to quality. What we really appreciate is G’s “one project at a time” approach. Rather than juggling multiple job sites, G and his crew showed up consistently and focused on completing our renovation without unnecessary delays. Thanks to G’s expertise, artistic vision, and refusal to cut corners, our outdoor space has gone from worn and cracked to the envy of the neighborhood. We couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for top-quality work at a fair price, we wholeheartedly recommend G and Pacific Landscape Service. Come check out our photos — and thank you, G, for completing another beautiful project!
Thank you
Excellent work. Pacific Landscape did and completed everything they promised. My landscape looks even better than I could have imagined. Very detailed professional work. They have a great team. don’t even waste your time considering anyone else. Did have a small Issue with a sprinkler valve leaking which I never had before. Called after job was done to see if they could fix it haven’t heard back. Just make sure you’re totally satisfied and everything works properly.
Thank you James, we are glad you’re happy with the project.
Pacific Landscape Service deserves a 10 star review. From the time I reached out, G was responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. The project started and ended well ahead of schedule, on budget and results are stunning. The crew was clean and professional and treated the job site, my home, with respect and care. I highly recommend Pacific Landscape Service. A local GEM!
