Pacific NW Home Inspections

Tom Island is the absolute best. This is the 2nd time I have used him for a home inspection and he really takes the time to go over every detail with you. His background in home building allows him to give advice on what to do if an area of the home is damaged and what it would roughly cost to fix it or have it replaced. This is extremely helpful in deciding whether it is worth it especially if it was an unexpected find. He always has the report out to you same day. I will definitely use him again.

Tom did an excellent job with our Home Inspection and was incredibly thorough. He even took the time to hop on a call with my wife and I the following evening to go over some of our questions as we were putting together our repair requests. I appreciated his professionalism and dedication to detail during the home inspection process. This is my 4th home purchase and Tom was the best experience I have had with a home inspection.

My partner and I used Pacific NW Home Inspections and worked with Tom, and we were absolutely thrilled with his level of expertise, service, communication, and follow-up. He provided so much helpful information, and while the whole process was new to us, he made all of our future to-do list tasks feel completely doable. We would use Pacific NW Home Inspections and Tom again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom did a wonderfully meticulous job with our home inspection. He went through every nook and cranny, and what stood out most was how much time he took to walk us through each item and answer all of our questions along the way. He was punctual, reliable, professional, and incredibly thorough. The inspection report he provided was detailed and easy to understand, and he was even available afterward to answer follow-up questions. We would highly recommend Tom and would absolutely use his business again if we ever needed another inspection!

Tom was the best I could have hoped for. Very personable and patient. Explained everything that he was doing and why...plus we had great conversation about other things and life in general. The report was thorough and prompt, it was in my Inbox by 6pm the same day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend an inspection by Tom.

We had such a great experience with Tom as our home inspector. As our first big home purchase, he took the time to explain everything as he went through. The inspection was very thorough, and the report made it easy to understand what was important and what was just routine maintenance. We felt confident moving forward with our purchase thanks to his honesty and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector!

Exceeded my expectations. Meticulous, credible, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, – – all the things you want in a service provider but rarely get.
