Reviewers frequently praise Pacific Patio for installing aluminum patio covers, pergolas, and sunrooms, noting that the staff are professional, communicative, and efficient. Customers highlight that the crews maintain clean work sites, complete projects in a timely manner, and offer competitive pricing compared to other contractors. However, some lower-rated reviews indicate that installation schedules can be delayed significantly and that final costs sometimes increase due to additional charges not included in the initial quote.

My wife and I had been looking at various ways to improve our living space Over the last ten years. Nothing really interested us or was too expensive to do. We met John from Pacific patio and we immediately felt comfortable with his ideas and vision for our sunroom. He worked with us on developing the design, and along with Steve and his crew they built a beautiful sunroom that we will be using for many years to come. We are so happy with it and get several compliments on how beautiful it is. We are so thankful for Pacific patio for making our sunroom an integral part of our house. We would definitely recommend Pacific Patio to anyone who wants a company that handles everything from start to finish with no interruptions or difficulties. Thanks again to a great company and team of professionals.

Pacific Patio and their team of professionals are very good. It starts with Tim, he maps out the plan. Then Tamara doing all necessary things behind the scenes (document, finance, communication etc). She’s by far the best costumer service I have dealt with. She will follow up on everything about the project. Overall, I’m grateful and very satisfied with the product and Pacific Patio definitely delivered! Special mention to the boys doing the hard work, Harrison and his crew!!! Good guys and very humble to deal with. Thanks boys!

Pacific Patio installed my pergola, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process went smoothly, and everyone who has seen it has complimented how beautiful it looks.
Steve and Randall worked hard on the installation for a week, even in very hot weather. Tamara was always easy to reach and happy to help. It was a wonderful experience working with the team. Thank you all for a job well done!

We recently had a four post freestanding patio cover installed in our backyard next to our pool. It came out really nice and even though it’s aluminum it looks like wood grain. The price was better than the competition and I called several Places
One caveat make sure you read every word of the contract before you sign it. We told the sales rep we wanted a four post freestanding ( went into detail)
We were priced for an attached patio, cover at a lesser price, and then switch to the higher price for the four post freestanding that we wanted
Response from the owner · 2 months ago
Thank you, Derick, for your feedback and for choosing us for your patio cover. We're glad the aluminum wood-grain finish and installation met your expectations and that our price was competitive. We apologize for the contract and pricing miscommunication; you should have been quoted and charged for the four-post freestanding unit you requested. We will review our quoting and contract procedures and retrain our sales team to prevent this going forward.

After getting bids from four contractors to replace our old, wood pergola at our front entrance with a new, aluminum patio cover, we decided to go with Pacific Patio. Steve, the co-owner, was most patient and thorough in accommodating our needs, including drainage and lighting, and helping us think through the design and materials. The price was reasonable. JD, the project manager, was great, keeping us abreast of what was going on as the project proceeded. The crew--Jesse and Randal, Robert and Anthony--were likewise a pleasure to work with. The end product is a pleasure to look at, eliciting many positive comments from neighbors and thumbs-up from passers by.
