Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning
Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning at a glance
Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of carpet and upholstery cleaning, noting that staff are professional, friendly, and communicate effectively regarding appointment times. Several reviewers highlight that the service is reasonably priced and can handle difficult stains or pet odors effectively. However, a recurring criticism involves last-minute price increases or bait-and-switch tactics, where initial quotes differ significantly from final charges. Additionally, some complaints mention late arrivals and poor communication when appointments are rescheduled or delayed.
