Jake provided exceptional services to our house problem. He was responsive to our last minute call on a weekend and showed up to our house the next day. When we discovered mold in our house, we were prepared for an intensive cleanup operation. We were delighted to find that the solution offered by Pacific Pure was much easier and we would be back in the house the same day. The entire process from start to finish was made so easy by Jake and Melanie. The first visit, we discussed our situation and air samples were taken. Days later we had the results and the house was being treated a few days after that. A final sample was taken after treatment to show that the mold had been eliminated. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, Pacific Pure will be my first and only call!

We had some concerns about smells in our home and wanted to confirm if it was mold or not. We spoke to Jake and scheduled a free evaluation. Jake was on time and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process. Fortunately for us it was not mold but Jake stayed and told us about how they mitigate mold. If you think you might have mold call Jake and Pacific PURE.

We recently hired Pacific Pure Maintenance to perform mold inspection and mold remediation of our rental property in Mountain House California. Jake and Melanie Fisher went above and beyond in addressing our mold issues providing us with 1) the evidence-based justification (both from the visual inspection and 3rd party mold spore count indoor air sampling and testing) for the need to perform a whole house treatment, 2) the technical basis for the efficacy of the 2-stage dry fog treatment, and 3) the assurance of complete remediation via a 3rd-party clearance verification test. I have a background in Chemistry and Microbiology, so I truly appreciated the technical details that Jake shared about the 1st stage mold treatment (involving nebulized peracetic acid of approx 7.5 micron sizes maintained at 25ppm within the entire interior space of the condo including the HVAC return system for about 40 mins) to kill practically 99.9% of airborne and surface mold, and the whole house 2nd stage microscopic surface coating with an anti-fungal agent (involving the active chemical alkyl quarternary ammonium salt, Dimethyloctadecyl(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)ammonium chloride) which covalently binds via the chemical's silanol groups to any surfaces having oxide or hydroxide terminal groups (pretty much everything in the home) while the alkyl quartenary ammonium "spike" ruptures the cell membrane of contacting molds and spores. Pacific Pure Maintenance provided a minimum 12 months guarantee for the effectivity of their treatment process. They also offered to discuss and educate our tenants about the principles and practical aspects of their mold treatment strategy. Their response time to address our concerns was very quick and their treatment process was fast and efficient with minimal disruption/relocation of the furniture and contents of the condo unit. I highly recommend Jake and Melanie and their company, Pacific Pure Maintenance, to address your concerns about mold in your home!

Amazingly responsive and professional. Pure maintenance was able to accommodate us same within one hour of contacting them by phone! This was for mold concern around our AC ducting at a business location in Stockton. Sample was rushed and results/ report followed with detailed summarization.
