P T HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. MY RECOVERY FROM KNEE REPLACEMENT IS GOING EXCEEDINGLY WELL AFTER ONLY 4 WEEKS OF THERAPY.
After 13 weeks of therapy, I have full range of motion. The therapists and the assistant's that help with the exercises. Do a wonderful job.

By far the best pt facility I have been to. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they care about your healing. Amanda is really good at what she does. I am pleasantly surprised with my results. I feel like I’m very close to being back to normal from a total knee replacement (my third) and it’s only been 2 months.

I can’t say enough positive things about Erin Skrettingland at PacificPro. She brings a truly unique combination of clinical expertise, athletic experience, and an incredible understanding of how the body moves.
What really sets Erin apart is the depth and breadth of her training. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, but her expertise goes well beyond traditional physical therapy. Her background in Pilates, yoga, weightlifting, and endurance running gives her a remarkable perspective on movement, strength, mechanics, and recovery.
Erin doesn’t just treat the area that hurts—she looks at the whole body and works to understand why something is happening in the first place. Her approach is thoughtful, highly individualized, and based on an impressive depth of knowledge. She is also exceptionally good at explaining what she is doing and why, which makes you feel involved in your own recovery rather than simply going through exercises.
It is rare to find someone with this level of clinical expertise combined with such a deep personal understanding of fitness and athletic performance. Erin is an outstanding physical therapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who brings an exceptional level of knowledge, experience, and dedication to their care.

Pacific Pro Physical Therapy staff are amazing. Every person, including the front desk, physical therapists and assistants were so very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My Physical Therapist Erin covered every aspect of my injury. The PT Assistants really worked me hard, but it felt so good. I left my first visit with more flexibility and feeling better than I have in months. A number of people I know referred me to Pacific Pro and I would highly recommend them. Outstanding people!

Pacific Pro is excellent!!! Each physical therapist are wonderful, they get to it and they helped me for my knee.
