PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine - Murrieta

Pacific Pro Physical Therapy Sports Medicine is a great place to go for rehab rehabilitation on any limbs that you may be having issues with. The staff is outstanding especially the PT therapist that I’m working with which is Liz. Also the help there is awesome especially Claudia. She’s always willing to help out. She works hard. She needs a raise. Lol.

My PTs (Cat and Mike) are very nice. The front desk staff and PT assistants are very nice too. I started going to Pacific Pro since February 12, 2026. in Temecula. I love that place (5/5) but it's just that it's a bit far from my house. And Murrieta team are great too. What I love going here is their approach. Every visit I learned a different exercises and learning new knowledge. It's not boring unlike other places that I been before. However, there is of course always room for improvement. I wish Murrieta is as clean and organized like Temecula plus I wish they can play more fun music that will be conducive to exercise. Though it's not Covid time anymore but I wish they wipe/sanitized the rails and bed more often.

I'm shocked by all the positive reviews. Lucky them, I guess. Two stars instead of one because while their treatments were totally ineffective, the staff were all friendly/polite/professional. I would advise people with knee issues to stay away. In my case, they were unable to fix/treat my poor patellar tracking, chondromalacia patellae, fat pad impingement, meniscus tear, or atrophy. All of my problems remain despite diligently sticking to their prescribed protocol. The plan from the onset was to strengthen my supporting muscles. They failed to do this. My muscles remain atrophied and weak. My chondromalacia has now progressed to full blown osteoarthritis, no doubt thanks at least in part to their adamant insistence that I start each session with the stationary bike (despite it causing extreme pain with every push of the pedals). The "sports medicine" in the title would lead one to expect that this clinic is geared towards getting patients to a state where they can return to sport, but I didn't notice any of my fellow patients to be injured athletes. They couldn't even get me back to walking more than a few feet without my cane. Despite what their website would have you believe they have no special equipment/techniques/protocols for athletic folks as far as I can tell. As I said, very polite staff. I apologize for writing such a negative review when the staff have been so polite, but other people suffering with knee issues like mine deserve to know what to expect with this clinic.

I just started going to Pacific pro and so far I love it. The staff are very nice and friendly the facility is very clean and they take the time to really explain your problem areas in detail and they come up with a treatment plan. I think I’m going to love being a patient here.

Best therapy I have been to so far. my condition is rare &complicated and I really feel like they care and want to help me

I love this place! After spinal surgery they have helped me so so so much. The movement in my neck is so much better. They make sure to pin point all the right needed areas. Appreciate them sooooo much! 💜

Going to PacificPro has been a great experience. My right arm rotation and decreased pain in my shoulder area is so much better. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and professionalism..The staff is organized and friendly..With Covid-19 going on, PacificPro staff makes sure everyone's hands are washed , the areas where the therapy is performed are keep sanitized and clean.
