Frank Jay and Desmond worked amazingly well with all of the twist ls and turns I took them on, packing moving and unpacking and ORAGIZING..NO job was too small or too big. I felt the job was impossible and was reassured by the team everything will work out and it DID!!! These guys had the most positive attitude in humid weather and lifted weight maybe 2x or more their. Weight . I plan to schedule projects very soon in the future. Thank you pack and go!

I would not recommend Pack and Go Movers based on my recent experience.
The most concerning issue happened before the move even began. The driver backed the truck into our awning while I was actively waving my arms and trying to get him to stop. The truck scraped the structure, and although the damage appears to be minor, it could have been much worse. What was most disappointing was that the driver never acknowledged what happened or apologized.
Throughout the move, the crew was arguing with each other and using profanity loudly enough to be heard throughout our office. This was unprofessional and inappropriate in a business environment.
The move itself was also very inefficient. Even after showing the crew exactly what needed to be moved, they were carrying boxes one at a time instead of using a dolly. They eventually borrowed a cart from our office. The same thing happened at our new location, which required an elevator. When I asked why they weren’t using a dolly, one of the movers told me they had one available, but the driver didn’t want to retrieve it or help with the move. Only after I pointed out the unnecessary elevator trips did the driver finally bring the cart over, making the process much more efficient.
During the move, the wheels on one of our storage shelves were damaged beyond repair. I was also very concerned about how they handled our brand-new television. Instead of using a dolly or carrying it properly, they repeatedly flipped the boxed TV over to get it into the office. We have not yet unboxed it, but we will be checking for damage.
As they were leaving, the driver even began driving away with the lift gate still fully lowered before realizing the mistake and correcting it. It was another example of the lack of attention to detail throughout the day.
I do want to recognize the two movers, who were polite and worked hard. My concerns are primarily with the driver’s attitude, lack of involvement, poor judgment, and overall professionalism. His actions created unnecessary delays, caused avoidable property damage, and reflected poorly on the company.
While the move was ultimately completed, the experience fell far below the level of professionalism I expected. I hope Pack and Go takes these concerns seriously and improves its training and supervision so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

We took your concerns very seriously and reviewed the situation with our team. Following our review, the driver and crew member involved in these complaints are no longer with our company. We have also addressed this incident internally to help prevent a similar situation from happening again.
We understand that an apology alone does not make up for a poor moving experience. Because of the inconvenience and issues you experienced, we issued a refund of half of the total moving cost.
We appreciate that you recognized the crew members who were polite and worked hard, and we are especially sorry that other aspects of the move overshadowed their efforts.
To our current and future customers, please know that safety, professionalism, respectful behavior, and careful handling of your property are extremely important to us. When we learn that we have fallen short of those standards, we take responsibility and corrective action.
We sincerely apologize again for your experience and appreciate the feedback, as difficult as it is to receive. We will use it to improve our training, supervision, and service going forward.
