They were incredibly fast, efficient, personable, and so careful with everything. I called at least 10 different moving companies for quotes, and they were by far the most reasonably priced! It’s rare to find a company that offers such great service at such a fair price. They made the entire moving process so much easier, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. Do not use this company for anything you value. We moved on September 1st, so I get that it's a hectic time of year, but that doesn't excuse what happened.

Damage: Broke two custom pieces of furniture by stacking items on top until the legs and wood gave out. When we raised it, the mover blamed the furniture itself for being "cheaply made" rather than owning the damage.
Compensation: Offered a flat $250 "reconciliation" and refused to file an insurance claim that would've covered actual repair or replacement.
Billing: Charged fees that were never disclosed in the original estimate.
Communication: Took 16 days and multiple follow-up emails just to explain and resolve the fee discrepancy.
Between the damage, the lack of accountability, and how long it took to get any response, I wouldn't trust this company with anything of value.
