Excellent wine tasting in the 909. Wifey works nearby and we have come here several times. Excellent service and a great selection from d wines. California and imported. They have tvs so you can watch usc lose to Wisconsin. lol
We went here for a wine/food pairing event and it was an experience to remember. Most people visiting this area of Claremont tend to forget that this is a restaurant along with an extensive collection of wines. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas as well as seating at the bar counter. We started with Shiso leaf & Ribeye bite, citrus salad with shaved Brie and mint, Potato leak soup, Organic Red carrots, celery root purée with chili oil, Filet mignonette for the main entree and to finish up with a special Halo Halo dessert. Each course was paired with special white or red wine from the packing house. Staff were so attentive and the foods were excellent. From the regular menus, ample selections and at a reasonable price. The bonus is, you can get some wine after dinner.

This place is a hidden gem. We love the atmosphere and staff. The owner m, Sal, is also the Sommelier and he is extremely knowledgeable and engaged. The food is excellent and flavorful. I took a champagne class here and was so impressed! I learned a lot and tried some fantastic pairings. This is a great date spot. Very romantic ambiance without being stuffy.
Staff is rude, service was terrible, wine tasted flat and food was not worth the price. Only thing positive is the environment.

Look no further for your next date night! The atmosphere, the service and most importantly the wines and the food were spectacular. We ordered the wine tasting special and paired it with steak Fritz and the special Mexican inspired pasta dish. Absolutely recommend the chorizo and cheese appetizer. If you’re lucky, the owner, Sal will greet you during your meal and make your day with a chat. Can’t wait to come back.
This restaurant is a fantastic find! Located inside the Claremont Packing House, it offers a clean, inviting atmosphere with excellent service. The wines are superb, making it a great spot for both dining and wine tasting. It's a really nice and quiet place, perfect for a date night. Highly recommended!
