Paco helped us find our first home!
Looking within our price range and what we were asking wasn't necessarily an easy task, the housing market was flooded with buyers and not enough sellers. However, Paco found the house that met our wants and needs within our price range and was able to get us in our home before the deadline we had set. Thanks Paco!

Update: It's been three years since we purchased our first home with Paco's help. After those three years we felt ready to take that next step into finding our forever home. We enlisted the help of Paco once again in order to facilitate the process with the market being what it is today. We were unsure on how to navigate selling our current home while simultaneously buying our forever home and Paco was able to explain the process, the situation, the market and what'd we most likely expect. Sure enough, Paco was able to deliver and make the whole process seamless and easy. Thank you once again Paco.

Update 10.1.2026: We reached out to Paco early in the year. We explained we were looking to sell our current home and purchase a new home, but were in no rush to buy immediately or put ourselves in a contingent offer, and Paco was completely on board. We laid out a plan in mid-May and entrusted Paco with guiding us through this ever-changing real estate market. Paco never overpromised, never gave us guarantees, never sugar-coated the reality of the current housing market, but he worked tirelessly to make sure our home would sell. Sure enough, Paco delivered, and once again, he made the process feel effortless. He took the stress off our backs and kept us up to date with the process. Thank you Paco, looking forward to working with you again!
