Nifty little shop- it’s got a wide selection of novels, particularly strong in the comics/SF/F genre, and has a bin of $1 books up near the front!
Kayla is such a wonderful Bookseller, this is definitely my favorite bookstore in the city! They always have fabulous recommendations, and wonderful reads I never would have spotted otherwise! Truly a gem of Kent 💗💗💗
This bookstore is amazing they have a little bit of everything. They had howl’s moving castle near the front register which is my favorite ghibli movie. The bookstore was decorated in Halloween theme and books. The assortment of manga, games, new books, vintage books was such a great mix and amazing. Love that this is so close to me and the cashier was very helpful. I’m excited to come back weekly 😆
Excellent local bookstore. The owner and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in their recommendations.
This is an amazing little shop, full of all sorts of fascinating books, dvds, vhs tapes, vinyls, collectibles, and more. If you want a more interesting and personal experience than you’ll ever get from a Barnes and Noble, please stop and check them out! I’ve found some amazing things here and they are in a nice little spot downtown where you can visit after a nice brunch around the corner. Amazing place to spend an hour trying not to spend all your money. 10/10, highly recommend stopping by.
Great customer service
What an absolute gem! I highly recommend Page Turner Books. If you are looking for antique occult books this bookstore houses an excellent collection with fair prices. I will be a returning customer when I am back in town.
Whenever I visit Kent I always make sure to stop by and support this shop. The selection is massive!! It has many of the new titles everyone wants and countless older books that will make you fall in love with reading all over again. I especially love that the Sociology section is always stocked with great vintage pocket books and that the manga selection takes up almost an entire wall and additional shelving around the store!! The owner is also so knowledgeable about what he has in stock, he didn't even need to look up the authors I asked for; he knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it!! He rocks!! Go support this incredible independent bookstore!!
Went in for the first time today and loved it! It took me a second to decipher the organization but it is actually really well put together. It feels like one of the few true bookstores left and I am excited to go back!
