Marc and his team at Paintworks did a fantastic job helping to make repairs on my apartment. Marc was available to meet and do a walk through. He was thorough, took notes and pics. Emailed me a detailed scope of work with an estimate. He and the team he had working at my apt were very communicative. They texted and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. I would highly recommend using Paintworks for any home improvements including plumbing & electric work!

Marc and the Paintworks team did an outstanding job on the painting and floor for my condo renovation. Marc and the team was professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly know their craft — the attention to detail really shows in the finished floors and walls. I highly recommend Paintworks for anyone looking for quality flooring and painting work.

I highly recommend Paintworks NY as they were professional from the initial consultation, to back office support, to the actual paint work itself. I’m moving from out of state so could not be present and Marc took the initiative to coordinated with realtor to see the apt. to appraise the job. Marc was experienced enough to offer two color choices of white for the bathroom, save me time to narrow down the choices. Without needing my involvement, the office support then did all the paperwork and coordinate with the building’s management for approval and schedule to work. I so appreciate such responsiveness since I have a short 2 weeks window between the closing of the apt.and the arrival of the movers. They understood my dilemma and got it done on time. I arrived to NY when the work started and witnessed how meticulously they were in fixing the walls’ surfaces before they were willing to paint. The floors were protected and the job (including dinning area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) was beautifully executed. Thank you so much!!!

The team painted our entire apartment prior to moving in, including some tricky/deep green coloring in a couple rooms. It was job that required extra skill and precision because of all the molding and fixtures, and it was executed expertly. We were completely please with the result, which was a big step towards making the apartment a home, and we will surely use them again in the future. UPDATE: Years later, we used them again to paint our kitchen cabinets, the final product was excellent, the painters were kind and skilled, and everyone worked with us to accommodate a fast timing (and children running around). Another excellent expereince.

I had a fabulous experience with Paint Works! I live in a prewar apartment and the kitchen had not been redone for 2 decades and looked it. The trim, ceiling and floorboards were cracked and discolored and cabinetry was faded and nicked and really run down. From the beginning Marc was extremely professional, polite and responsive. He came to access the kitchen and didn't rush me even when I bombarded him with questions about sheen, paint colors, hardware and time frame. My co-op building has strict rules and requires a COI and limits work hours and Marc's team provided everything needed and were super punctual and respectful. They also took a great deal of care to protect the kitchen floorboards and wallpaper and all the bookcases in the library/den room which connects to it. Jasmyn who headed the team was AMAZING! She was extremely well organized and meticulous. She was also a pleasure to have in my home and always made sure I could have access to the kitchen if I needed something. Brad was also professional and accommodating and Carlos did a spectacular job repairing and repainting all the cabinets. I don't always write long reviews but I was honestly so impressed with everyone at Paint Works. My kitchen is stunning and could be featured in Architectural Digest right now. I will definitely use Paint Works for any other painting projects in the future.

Paint Works was excellent. Marc was responsive and gave us a realistic estimate. His team worked with our co-op board to get approval. Our project managers Lily and Josh were wonderful. They kept us updated with videos and progress reports. The quality of work was thorough and excellent. I would highly recommend them.
