Thank you Palen Music, for a very positive experience. There was a problem with my order when it was delivered, so I emailed the company the night it arrived. First thing in the morning, the manager of the Liberty Palen music called me personally. She was incredibly kind and fixed the error immediately. Thank you, Jess! Wonderful customer service.

I have rented several instruments here for my kids, bought several instruments, and arranged lessons for my kids. They always have top-notch customer support, and I am grateful to Palen Music for helping my kids learn to love playing music.

However I am leaving a 3 star review because the financing was misleading and I was led to believe it was going to be in store financing or Palin music financing and not a high interest rate credit card. I was told it was going to be x amount of dollars a month for 1 year that is not the case because the interest will make it be more than that A month to have it paid off in a year.

We went to Palen to see about getting a Clarinet fixed up for my daughter to start 7th grade band. I had been to the other local music store and was very let down. I was hopeful that I could get some answers, I didnt want to be made tofeel so uneducated and let me say- the staff here was SO helpful!
There was a lot of people in the store and more coming in behind me and (I unfortunately didn't get her name) She took the time to look at our Clarinet and she also explained what she thought it needed AND she showed us what pads and pieces were needing to be replaced. She didn't have to do this, I was not expecting it. I didnt have an appointment- however I am so thankful!
The location was easy to find and easy get into, there were multiple instruments to look at and tools to see as well.
A cool thing about a music store is to see options.
Going into this week, I wasnt sure which store I would go with and Meyer is definitely closer and easier for us but customer service and option wise, I will drive 20 extra minutes AND through 152hwy traffic to go to Palen music.
Highly recommend and HIGHLY satisfied!
