The most welcoming and inclusive space to practice yoga! All levels are welcome and there are always options to make it your own. I started my yoga practice in several months ago at Palm + Pine. One of my big motivators is that I'm planning to see more concerts this year and thought that yoga could help me stand through multiple long concerts. I found that it helped strengthen my whole body from my head to my fingers and toes. Because of my strengthened core, back and legs I'm a lot more comfortable and able to go to back to back concerts. One of the things I found at Palm + Pine was a 3rd space and community of people dedicated to a similar goal. I appreciate the teachers at Palm + Pine as they take the time to cater to practitioners of all levels. I find the studio to be friendly and accepting to all.

PALM+PINE is a wonderfully inclusive, laid back, thoughtful, and peaceful space. The joyful community of instructors, students, and hosts is what sets it apart from the rest.
