Palmetto RSG went above and beyond my expectations with my roof replacement! From start to finish, the entire team was professional , timely and thorough . I would definitely recommend this company.
I would choose this company again. Office staff friendly and helpful and workmanship top notch. Had gutters installed and a vent pipe on roof replaced.
Chris and his team at Palmetto Roofing go the extra mile to see that customers are satisfied. They stand behind their work too, and persevered to get a manufacturing defect covered by the shingle warranty. They are on schedule and clean up well after the job. I have had them do two roofs and they will be my first call for the next one.
Highly recommend Palmetto RSG to anyone needing work in the area. Specifically Parker is awesome to work with. He is great at communicating, scheduling and completing on time and on budget. He consistently went above and beyond to produce a quality project for shingle, metal seam roofing, hardie board installation and gutter install on a recent custom build project. Highly recommend anyone getting a chance to work with him and the team for services.
Parker was fantastic to deal with. Communication from the very beginning felt like I was speaking with a neighbor rather than a business. The same can be said about the owner as I met him in their office. I had a small job that they easily could’ve written off but they didn’t - thank you guys. Highly recommend this company for any of their listed services.
Palmetto installed a new roof and siding on my home and it looks beautiful! I'm so pleased with the workmanship and the price! I definitely recommend Palmetto for your needs.
i usually don’t leave reviews, but this company really deserved one. they made the whole process stress-free and did an amazing job on my roof. communication was great, prices were fair, and the quality of work was excellent. thank you guys again.
Precision Plumbing had to do a big job on our HVAC and we needed a roofing company to check out a leak coming from the roof, they recommended PSG. I could tell when I spoke with Parker he was making every effort to fit us in even though their schedule was full with other jobs. Parker made it so they could be available the same day as HVAC and fit us in. I saw their truck and when I checked, everyone had gone already. I called PSG and Parker said it was a leak around the boot and they sealed it and left. He wouldn't take anything for it. We are glad that's all it was, but if we have anything needing roofing, siding and gutters PSG is the first place we will call. I will recommend them to anyone needing that kind of work done!
Had a great experience working with Chris and his team. Hired them to replace shingle roof, remove skylights, new gutters, and new soffit. They did great work and communicated well through the whole process. Unlike other roofers we got quotes from there was no high pressure sales tactics. Chris actively worked to make sure we were happy with our choice, offering to lay out shingles on the roof to compare colors. When unforeseen issues were found with the roof Chris would call me right away to make sure I aware and go over options. They also had the best warranty out of all the roofers we got quotes from. I highly recommend Palmetto and would work with them again.
We’ve been arguing with Allstate for 2 years over a denied claim for roof replacement after the hail storm in 2024. Claim still denied. Over the last 2 years we have had plenty of quotes. Palmetto’s price was very reasonable and their work far exceeded my expectations. Palmetto was so amazing— I cannot recommend them enough. They were so hard working. The materials arrived 2 days before the project started- this ensured no delay to starting on time. They arrived early, worked late and CLEANED up everything. They were meticulous about caring for our pool and patio and ensuring they stayed free of debris. 1000% recommend!!
