At my hair salon my washer broke. Called around nobody could get me in I on a Tuesday morning and by 12:30 he was there! This is never happened to me before the big companies that I've used in the past make you wait days weeks and never get it right. I will no longer ever use the other companies in our area. The prompt service and saving me when I was desperate as you know there's a lot of towels made me a True Believer and I will go nowhere else but here for my business and my home needs.
Joe is fantastic! This is a small, mom-and-pop shop who will give you a good experience, good advice, and will get your job done quickly and well. We have come back before, and we will continue! Repeat customers for life
Papa Joes appliance repair recently fixed both my washing machine and my dryer. They were also able to recommend an additional contact to repair an unrelated matter they noticed during the showing.
They were timely and professional throughout the whole process.

Called yesterday afternoon for washer repair and they were able to come the next morning. Local, family owned business, that you can trust and one that treats their customers like family. Papa Joe is amazingly knowledgeable and will talk you through the diagnosis and offer solutions so you can make the choice that's right for you. Had a great experience and would recommend them over and over again.

Called and both times got SAME day help- local Small-business, Quick easy and efficient, John was personable amazing, quick, easy, intelligent about our washing machine, educated us as well

I don’t usually write reviews, but Papa Joe’s absolutely deserves it. As a repeat customer, I have relied on them several times over the years for various household appliance breakdowns, and they never fail to impress. They genuinely understands how these machines work inside and out. They diagnose issues quickly and accurately, never pushing for unnecessary parts or replacements if a reliable fix is possible. They are also extremely responsive. Whenever an appliance goes down, Papa Joe’s returns calls promptly and fits me into the schedule as quickly as possible. They don’t just patch the problem and rush out the door. They test their work and even give practical maintenance tips to help your appliances last longer.

John was friendly, courteous and prompt. He spent time telling me what the problem with my refrigerator was and what could be done. After investigating further he concluded that he wouldn't be able to fix my 15.5 year old fridge, but went over and beyond to give me a temporary fix in order to give me time to have it replaced. I believe they have fair pricing.
